TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the STEZ Technology Company website, STEZ Will Vault, STEZ Landlord Vault or any other STEZ product (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who may use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account or on the device you use to access the Services.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you enter into the Services (for example your will drafts, tenant records and uploaded photos). You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content only to operate the Services and generate the documents you request.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Services for anything illegal or fraudulent.
- Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or contains malware.
- Do not attempt to break the security of the Services or access data that is not yours.
5. Documents and legal advice
PDFs generated by STEZ Will Vault, STEZ Landlord Vault and other STEZ tools are record-keeping documents. They are not a substitute for legal advice. Where a document must be signed to be enforceable (for example a will under the Succession Act Cap 162, or a tenancy record under the Landlord & Tenant Act 2009 of Uganda), you are responsible for printing, signing and witnessing it as the law requires.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Services available, but we cannot guarantee that they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STEZ Technology Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, loss of profit or missed opportunities. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to harm other people. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Disputes will be handled in the competent courts of Uganda.
